Well here it is, the evening of the last day of the first month of 2025 as I type up this first post of the year...on my new laptop (but that can be a story for another time). Twenty-twenty five has come upon the scene and it has been a good one for us.

For starters, after a great Christmas celebration with Laurel's folks, siblings, my Mom, and my sister and her family, we had the opportunity to bring Mom back up home with us and she stayed for a couple of weeks. It was so fun to have her here and to be able to just spend some time.

Laurel did come down with a bug of some kind that kept her out of commission for about 10 days or so. She still has a bit of a cough from time to time, but other than that is doing well. I, thankfully, did not come down with it.

The last thing I will mention in this post is that our annual newsletter, The Linders Look Back, has just gone out via e-mail earlier this week. Hopefully some of you have received that and had a chance to catch up on this past year, but for those that haven't, please reach out via e-mail (or you can call or text) and let us know you would like a copy.
